The answers to frequently asked questions can be found here. Should you have any additional questions, you can contact us at any time.
Rooms are ready for you from 14.00. Should you be arriving after 20.00 please let us know. On the day you are due to depart we would ask that you vacate your room by 10.00. In the event of later departure, you can store your luggage.
Deposit: Upon receipt of your deposit, your preferred room category will be firmly and bindingly reserved.
Payment: We accept cash, debit card, MasterCard, Visa and fee-free bank transfer (if you are paying before you arrive for your holiday)

Cancellation:
Provisions of Austria's hotel contract legislation apply. Want to secure your holiday? Hassle-free booking: Travel cancellation is covered by travel cancellation insurance. This covers all cancellation costs in the event of accident, illness, death of the insured party or their family members before they are due to go on holiday and during their stay. We recommend you take out travel insurance cover.
Meal times:
- Breakfast: 07.00 - 10.00 (before 07.00 by request)
- Lunch: 11:30 – 14.00
Extra breakfast: If you are planning to arrive early please let us know beforehand. We are happy to offer you an extra breakfast for Euro 10.00 (children up to the age of 12, Euro 7.00). Until your room is ready for you, our lockable storage room is available for you you to store your luggage.
Your room is cleaned every day and towels are replaced 2 x per week.
Should you prefer to sleep on and not be disturbed, let us know by hanging the 'Please do not disturb' sign on your room door.
If you need more pillows please get in touch.
Children: There is plenty of space and areas for your children to run about here. The playground in the garden can be used at any time, under adult supervision. Parents are responsible for their children. Children can have fun in the table tennis room in the hotel.
Smokers/Non-smokers: For the well-being of all our guests, our hotel is a no-smoking establishment. We would ask guests who smoke to do so on the terrace and balcony.
Pets: Unfortunately pets are not permitted in rooms.
In winter the sauna area is open daily from 16.00 - 19.00. Our sauna can also be used in the summer on request.
Ski store: There is a waxing bench, ski store and ski shoe store/ski shoe dryer here.
Laundry room: In our hotel there is a guest laundry room, with washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron. (Euro 3.00 per wash; Euro 3.00 per drying cycle)
Books & games are available on loan on the 1st and 2nd floors, opposite the sauna and at Reception on the ground floor.
Should you not have any hiking poles with you, these are available to hire from us (Hire fee € 5.00/week).
Travel groups are welcome here in the hotel. Just enquire – we are happy to put together an individual, great value offer for you.
Car parking: We have plenty of car and bus parking available right at the hotel. We also have a shelter for bikes.
Arriving by train: Zell am See train station, continue via the Linienbus service or Pinzgau's local train service to Uttendorf.
Airports - Salzburg and Munich: Make the most of the option of speedy arrival. Airport transfers: Airport Express or Four Seasons Transfer.
